While I try and escape the traps of photography, it’s inevitable a few of them will be so alluring I can’t escape.

One of these traps is the almost pre-requisite of photography itself. During an exhibit at the Malmö Art Museum I found my chance, entering into a small room of mirrors and lights with the feeling slightly reminiscent of a Yayoi Kusama installation.

The line was long and people impatient so in the 10 or so seconds I had, I found myself, with the camera to the eye and falling into that most prevelant of photographic traps: the self-portrait.
